The rooms are spacious with a fridge and a extra large bed. We got a room with a pool view and balcony that was fabulous. The breakfast had a huge variety of food to choose from.There is 3 pools and a gym if you have energy to sweat some more....

breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was great. if you want to go patong beach 5 min walk enough all shops were close by hotel tuk tuk cab station is gate on the hotel Laundry service not working They have no any laundy service in hotel. you have to go outside They gave us the wrong room at check-in. But the manager at the reception was very polite and understanding and provided an easy solution. Thank you to the manager Kate for this. I did not like the hotel pool bar management. Other than that everything was perfect. I would like to make a small recommendation. You should not give the welcome drink with a paper. Instead you should offer a drink as soon as you enter the hotel. this will make you look more professional. tuk tuks cab can make you emotional. Make sure you don't cry. so Be careful of tuktuks ( ı just kidding)

The breakfast was excellent. I loved the pool: the water was always clear, its temperature pleasant. The rooms were cleaned daily, the hotel staff was extremely polite and ready provide anything I have asked for. After initial problems were solved, my wifi connection functioned impeccably.

Stayed for 8 nights in August in low season, very economic rates, with reasonable weather between heavy showers and located north end of Patong Beach, so away from the noise. There seems to be two sections, the front part is more deluxe &/or family rooms while the back part round the pool area is more for singles and couples; some parts closed off for refurbishment. Rooms were comfortable enough (had issues with safe deposit box & tv but they sorted quickly), good wifi (helped by routers everywhere e.g. every 10m in corridors), bathroom fine, double bed & single bed, with two chairs and table outside small terrace (ground floor) or balcony upstairs. Breakfast was fine, enough to suit a variety of guest tastes with many from India, Middle East, Europe, Malaysia and Thailand (basic muesli would have been nice vs. Corn Flakes etc.). Pool fine, towels available next to bar and the bar (run by Kit) had cocktail happy hour 4-6pm inc. cocktails, while the restaurant was not open, the same menu was available through room service (till 8.30pm), and many food choices nearby (no need to go Patong central).

The environment was good. Though initially the rooms seem a bit old but the service was good. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The pool size was good as well and the hotel is very close to the beach so that's a plus point. The beds were clean and room service was good as well.

The Location is superb - The Kalim Beach is just opposite the hotel and Patong beach just 5 minutes walk from hotel, the hawker stalls everywhere in front of the hotel, 7/11 just next door, Bangla Road with walking about 20 minutes (bit far), can get the tuk tuk Taxi just in front of hotel with 200 baht for 4 persons...(cheap). The staff are gentle and willing to help - Good Service Family Room (4 pax per room) is fantastic big and clean. Breakfast is perfect.

Staff members were really nice people as in a while Thailand :) They came to clean the room every day, they changed the towels every day and gave you a bottle of water too :) Location was great , close to the nice beach Patong , within 5-10min of walking Close to the laundry , shops. Breakfast was worth to book it with the room:) so many options :) Pool was good as well :)
